Jed knows that the key to increasing productivity is in equipping businesses to improve employee engagement. He provides services across the Talent Management and Organizational Development (OD) spectrum for clients.

Previously, Jed was the Global Manager of Talent Development with Flowserve, a publicly traded organization on the NYSE.

Additionally, Jed was also the Vice President-Talent & Chief Learning Officer of Associa. At Associa, he directed learning, leadership/executive development, and the talent/employment brands. He concurrently managed the evaluation and promotion of talent across this international real estate and property management (professional services) organization of nearly 9,000 remote employees where he was instrumental in rebuilding Associa University.

Jed holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, an M.S. in Industrial Psychology from St. Mary’s University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
